When can I order?

Due to school and work, my shop opens once a month and closes after an hour for official monthly drops. My Instagram bio and PSA highlight will always be updated when I have a set drop date. I will always announce the official drop at least a week before the actual date. I may have some item specific drops inbetween monthly drops for more expensive items.

I only take orders on my shop during the designated drop time. Please do not email or dm me your order request.

The password page to my shop will be taken off on the day and time of the said drop. **PASSWORD WILL NOT BE NEEDED**

How can I preorder an item?

I no longer do preorders on my shop due to previous chargebacks from impatient customers. 

When will my order be shipped?

Due to school and work, I will only be processing orders when I can. Processing time will vary depending on my work schedule for the week. Please allow 14‑18 business days for me to process your order.I’ll try to have everything shipped out as soon as I can. Depending on volume order, processing times may be delayed!

If my processing time needs to be extended, I will update my Instagram story/PSA highlight

Shipping labels are made in batches to help me organize. Once I reach your order, only then will you receive an email or text with the tracking info. Once you receive the tracking number, it will be dropped off at the post office 1‑2 business days after. Please give usps a few days to update the tracking as they are still suffering delays from COVID.

Please refrain from emailing about your order status before the processing time is up. The amount I process daily varies depending on my schedule for the day so I won’t know when your order will be done. Orders are packaged daily, in the order it was received in.

The USPS workers are working hard to get your packages to you on time, but please be aware that they are experiencing severe delays due to COVID-19. Your package may arrive a few days later than the given date, but please be patient!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I will ship orders internationally if USPS permits it! Please double check the USPS website to see if they are currently shipping to your country. International orders can be delayed for 2-3 months due to COVID-19, so patience is key! 

International First Class: 7-25 business days

My package said it was delivered, but I did not receive it, what do I do?

Please be aware that Hydrobon is not responsible for any lost packages after it is in the hands of USPS or if your address was inputted incorrectly.

First check with your neighbors to ensure that your mail-person did not deliver the package to the wrong house. Wait at least two days after the tracking has been marked as delivered, as the workers sometime accidentally mark packages as delivered. If you still have not received your package, please contact your local USPS office. They will need to open a case and investigate the situation further. If the USPS is still unable to help, please email me at HydrobonArt@gmail.com. Understand that I will not be able to guarantee full replacements as some items are limited stock.

My package is being shipped back to you, what can I do?

If the item has been marked as return to sender, please visit your local USPS as soon as you see the notification as it could take them a few business days to fully process the return. You may be able to retrieve the package before it has been sent back.

If the package is returned due to an insufficient (no apartment number) or wrong address, you will be charged a redelivery fee. Hydrobon is not responsible for packages being delivered to the incorrect address due to the wrong address being inputted at checkout.

I will also email you if I see your package has been returned. Please reply within a week or your order will be refunded.

Can you hold my order until the next drop so I can combine shipping?

I do not combine orders from separate drops due to the lack of storage space, unless you are an international customer. If you live outside the US, I can hold your order only until the next month IF I am having a drop that month. Are the stickers waterproof?

Yes, all peekers stickers are weatherproof and UV protected. The stickers may experience the normal wear under the sun, but are meant to last years if following the sticker instructions.

Lenticular stickers are more prone to fading depending on your local environment.

How do I apply my sticker?

Make sure it is 75+ degrees and will not rain for the new few days. Properly clean the surface with soap + water first! Avoid using Clorox, Windex, and any other products that contains harsh chemicals, as that can affect the sticker's adherence. If there is a transfer tape, remove the transfer tape with the sticker on it then place a small part of the sticker on the surface, then use a card/squeegee/finger to smooth out the rest of the sticker to avoid air bubbles!

I received the wrong items and/or my items have arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please send me an email with your order number and a photo of the item(s) so I can help you! I will send you a replacement or refund depending if I still have the item in stock

Do you accept returns?

All items are final sale and returns will not be accepted. Please double check the item and the product description before purchasing. Changes to your order can only be made if your order has not shipped yet. Please email me as soon as possible for changes or cancellations. 

When will you restock ___?

Restocks will depend on the item's popularity and its production time.I try to have all items during official drops restocked often
